From Pee Wee football on the Southside of Longview, TX and on to Longview High School and eventually college, JaMycal and Travin have always been game busting savants.


 In his Junior year at Longview, JaMycal rushed for 1,420 yards and 16 total touchdowns. JaMycal went on to commit to Baylor where he would become the feature back for the majority of his career. He currently plays for the San Francisco 49ers.

As a Senior, Travin had 89 tackles, 10 TFL, 1 Sack, 3 FF, 1 FR, 8 interceptions, 8 PBU and 6 total touchdowns for the Lobos. He went on to play at TCU where he would eventually have a record setting career. He finished his career as a Horned Frog with the most tackles and two Valero Alamo Bowl game MVPs. Travin currently plays for the LA Rams. 


Travin Howard and JaMycal Hasty

Travin: As a sophomore at TCU, Travin was recognized as honorable mention All-Big 12 despite entering the season without a career tackle. Travin led TCU in total tackles during the 2015 season with 105 and also added 8 TFL, 3 FF and 1 interception.



As a Senior, Travin had 89 tackles, 10 TFL, 1 Sack, 3 FF, 1 FR, 8 interceptions, 8 PBU and 6 total touchdowns for the Lobos. He went on to play at TCU where he would eventually have a record setting career. He finished his career as a Horned Frog with the most tackles and two Valero Alamo Bowl game MVPs. Travin currently plays for the LA Rams.

Travin: As a sophomore at TCU, Travin was recognized as honorable mention All-Big 12 despite entering the season without a career tackle. Travin led TCU in total tackles during the 2015 season with 105 and also added 8 TFL, 3 FF and 1 interception.


In his junior year, Travin was voted first-team All-Big 12 and first-team Associated Press All-Big 12. He led the Big 12 and was ninth in FBS with 130 total tackles becoming the first Frog with consecutive 100-tackle seasons in Coach Patterson’s 16 year tenure. Travin added 3 TFL, 1.5 sacks, 1 interception, 2 fumble recoveries and 2 pass breakups. 


Travin became the first player in TCU history to lead the team in tackles for three consecutive seasons as a senior. He finished his final campaign with 108 tackles and 7 TFL which also enabled him to become the career leader in tackles (343) for the Horned Frogs. He earned his second straight first-team All-Big 12 honor and was also honorable-mention Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year. 

JaMycal rushed for 623 yards and three scores as a redshirt freshman in 2016. He ran for 314 yards and one TD in injury-marred sophomore season.


In his junior campaign JaMycal rushed for 434 yards on 82 carries, adding 5 total TDs in 2018. As a senior in 2019, he was recognized with All-Big 12 honorable mention while rushing for a career-high 627 yards and career-best 7 TDs.


JaMycal finished his career at Baylor with 1,998 rushing yards which are 12th most in Baylor’s history and 17 total touchdowns. His 485 receiving yards are the 10th most by a running back in Baylor history and his 79 career receptions are the second-most ever by a Baylor running back.
